Sometimes the stress can make me gain weight. How to gain weight is sometimes can be derived from compulsive eating behavior that is manifested unconsciously when deadlines have to be met, certain obligations have to be paid, and having too much to do with so little time.
Also with age, our body weight is not the same now as it used to be when we were younger. As we grow older our body metabolism slows down and thereby stores more in calories inside the body. Stress, more than age, can really catch up on me. Our coping mechanism is shifted to food and eating lots of it.
Getting stressed can also work for us; especially for those who want to gain weight. In the same manner, that we drink so much water when we are tensed. For sure it will cleanse our bodies and wash off toxins from our bodies.
